It's important that you enjoy your purchase completely, and we hope that you do. However if you do not we will gladly exchange it for you, issue you a store credit, or refund you your money back. Nevertheless they're a few conditions you must abide by in order to receive a full refund.
* E-mail us at lightvision@lightvisionstore.com with RETURNS in the subject heading within 7 days of receiving your order, it is very important that any returns are done within 7 days.
* All merchandise MUST be unworn, in it's original condition, i.e. original tags still securely attached to the product.
* We must receive item(s) within 14 days of the shipment date, preferably in the original packaging.
* We cannot refund any shipping and handling fees.
* Once we receive your items we will e-mail you to confirm their arrival.
* Your return will be processed within five business days of us receiving it.
* If you bought the item for yourself your Paypal account will be reimbursed, if the item was purchased for you by somebody else we will send a check written to you in the full amount.
** Please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages. It is very important to purchase shipping insurance on all items coming back to us, as well as delivery confirmation.
*** Sorry but we are unable to accept returns on ALL swimwear, underwear, vintage, earrings, and custom (made-to-order) items.
*** Sometimes we offer deep discounts on sale items, these items are marked FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned for a refund OR exchanged even if they do not fit.
Paypal calculates all shipping and handling fees at time of checkout. We send orders out through USPS within two to three days of purchase. Most items should get to you within a week of purchase date. if you ordered a made-to-order item, please note that it may take up to a week before your order is shipped out. All shipments are insured with delivery confirmation.
Express Shipping
If you need to have your order rush shipped please contact us at lightvision@lightvisionstore.com with EXPRESS in the subject line, to confirm the availability of the item you would like to ship and our rush options.
International Shipping
Please note that shipping on international orders will not be charged until after we process your order. This means we will price your shipping costs according to what country you reside in. This is because shipping differs greatly depending on what country it is being sent to. For example, if you live in Canada we don't want to charge you the rate we would charge for items shipping to Japan, and vice-versa. Your shipping cost will not be charged with your initial order, it will be processed AFTER we calculate it. You will then receive a money request from Paypal with the shipping amount. Thank you for your understanding.
Messenger Service
We offer messenger service only in the city of San Francisco for a flat $16 fee, based on availability of products and Paypal approval. The customer must be available to sign for the package at the scheduled drop off time and location.
Shipping Time
Many of the items sold at LIGHT VISION are custom made by the designer at the time of your purchase. Therefore it is very important that you take note of the shipping times of all items purchased. Some require more time than others. We make every effort possible to ship items out as quickly as possible. The shipping option you pick for your items only applies to when it is sent out. Certain items could take a week to make before they are sent out. If this is the case, it will say so under the item’s description.
Gift Wrapping
We offer gift-wrapping for an extra fee of $5. All gift-wrapped items are sent with a card that you can personalize yourself, as well as a gift receipt in case an exchange or return is made.
LIGHT VISION is very excited to look at new work and feature new designers. As of right now we work on a consignment basis, but as we progress we hope to do more wholesale business. Because we do consignment and don't necessarily buy by season we take submissions for new products year round.

Our Policy:
We charge a 40% fee of the retail price. Meaning you receive 60% of the retail price for each item sold. This means if we sell your dress for $160 you receive $96 while we receive $64. Every month we will e-mail you a statement of goods sold, and then mail you out a check.
All items have a four-month shelf life. Any time after the products first two and a half months online we will mark down the retail price of your item(s) ONLY if you tell us to do so.
The designer pays shipping on all items coming to us. However if any item(s) did not sell we will pay for the shipping of those items going back to you.
